Pricing & installation details
One $39 minimum for all priced setup services at one address in one visit—not an extra $39 fee. Equipment does not count toward the minimum. Quote-only work is additional; multiple visits and nonstandard work are quoted before approval.
Alarm-system setup covers up to 20 connected devices; 21+ is available by quote. Hardwired work adds $50 per device, subject to scope review.
Four bulbs = $40 setup. One Alexa + two bulbs = $45 setup. One bulb alone = the $39 visit minimum.
