  • Senior & Family Concierge: patient setup for parents or grandparents (phones, TVs, doorbell, simple Alexa routines) with a printed how-to sheet.
  • Small-Business Security Starter: up to 3 cameras, a doorbell or entry cam, Wi-Fi check and shared app access for a shop or office.
  • Renter No-Drill Kit: security that comes down cleanly at move-out: adhesive mounts, over-the-lock smart locks, plug-in devices. Landlord-safe.
  • Not sure yet: pick this and tell us the goal; we’ll recommend what fits.

Why we ask

Why it matters

Cameras and doorbells need a steady Wi-Fi signal where they mount. Knowing your provider and router helps us bring the right mesh or extender if needed. Skip it if you’re not sure.

So everything works together with the apps you already use.

  • Alexa: Echo speakers and Ring/Blink; works on any phone.
  • Apple Home: Siri and the Home app; best if everyone has an iPhone.

Some systems work best on one phone (Apple Home needs an iPhone). We set up the apps on your phone during the visit.
